LPQ-2 Automobile Exhaust Analyzer Detector Oxygen Content Workshop Inspection performance testing

1. Introduction to the instrument
LPQ-2 Automobile Exhaust Gas Analyzer is to analyze the oxygen content in the automobile exhaust gas, so as to judge the oxygen concentration in the automobile exhaust gas.
Whether the emissions of carbon dioxide (Co) and hydrocarbons (HC) meet the requirements of national standards: it can also be determined from the oxygen content of exhaust gas
(%)size
The instrument is specially designed for automobile maintenance and repair departments, and can meet the needs of exhaust gas. It has a compact structure,
It is easy to operate, easy to use and low in price. It is an ideal testing equipment for the automobile maintenance and repair industry.
2. Technical parameters
1. Measuring range: 0---25%
2. Measurement accuracy: soil 1%
3. Working environment temperature: 0C~45C
4. Relative humidity: ≤85%
5. Response time: ≤15S
6. Working voltage: AC220V
3. Working principle
The instrument adopts the plate method diaphragm type oxygen electrode sensor; pure platinum is the cathode, pure silver is the anode, after oxygen enters the sensor, oxygen.
Oxygen molecules in the sensor pass through the diaphragm to reach the cathode, and a chemical reaction occurs under an appropriate polarization voltage, so that the sensor electrode current is proportional to the gas
After the oxygen content in the body is amplified, the meter can directly read the percentage of oxygen.
4. How to use
1. Debugging:
(1) Press the power switch and the power indicator light is on
(2) Turn on the air pump to inhale fresh air, preheat for 15 minutes, then adjust the ''value'' knob, so that the display shows 210, that is, the atmospheric oxygen content is 21% (the last digit is a decimal) within the range required for the test, pay attention : The test range referred to here is to adjust the altitude of the test together. For example, if the current instrument is located at an altitude of 1500 meters, the test range needs to be adjusted to 176 and 17.6%. In general, adjust the display to the 210 range.
2. Test:
Car 0 Beam Pollution Test
When the engine is at working temperature, the engine accelerates from 0 speed to 70% of the rated speed, maintains it for 60 seconds and then drops to 0 speed for measurement. see debug
A good instrument is connected to the air intake pipe with a probe on it, insert the probe probe into the exhaust pipe of the car, the depth is not less than 200m, at this time the instrument switch
And the air pump switch should be in the open state. After 15 seconds, the display shows a stable value and then reads the displayed value. This value is the value of the car exhaust.
oxygen content.
Under the 0-speed test, when the oxygen content in the exhaust gas is below 14%, the Co and HC emissions meet the national standards. The lower the oxygen content, say
The brighter it burns the better.
When the oxygen content is in the range of 3-6%, the engine is in the best power and economical state, that is, the air-fuel ratio is in the ideal range
